ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PREORDERS
Due to the made-to-order nature of our preorder collections, all preorder purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and shipping timelines provided at checkout.

RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn

Unwashed

Free of stains, odors, or damage

In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Preorder items
- Limited-edition collections
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked Final Sale

EXCHANGES
At this time, JORAÉ does not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.
If an exchange is approved, it will be based on product availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
JORAÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Preorder purchases cannot be canceled once production begins.
