All orders require processing before shipment.

  • Ready-to-ship items: 2–5 business days
  • Preorder items: Processing times vary and will be listed on the product page
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States.

Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.

PREORDER ITEMS

Items purchased during preorder periods require additional production time.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and may be subject to change.

If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

JORAÉ proudly offers local delivery for customers in eligible areas.

Local Delivery Details

  • Local delivery is available within designated service areas.
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
  • Orders eligible for local delivery will receive delivery updates via email or text.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.

If no one is available to receive the order, delivery may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.
